Refund Policy

Since we provide digital educational services, refunds are generally not offered once a subscription or service is activated. However, in case of duplicate payment or system error, you can request a refund within 7 days.

Service Delivery

All services, including test and paper generation, are delivered digitally through your online account instantly after payment confirmation.
